Our Packages

  • Our most popular package, the Dawn planning package is our ALL- INCLUSIVE PLANNING SERVICE.

    This is the preferred package for larger events with a set planning time-frame. Consulting and planning time is a minimum of 60 hours from the time we are booked. From venue and vendor selections we are involved in every detail of the event design, coordination and execution and discuss the after event report with you. Any extra hours spent are billed at a discounted rate.

    Quoted costs are for our services only and do not directly reflect costs for external vendors and speakers where applicable.

    STARTING AT $3,900

  • The Day planning package is our DAY- OF COORDINATION SERVICE.

    This option includes a total of 20 hours planning time. It covers the set-up, trouble-shooting and wrap up on the event day. From booking time, the package involves up to five hours of online or phone communication and support one month prior to the event; coordination of vendors meeting; meet up with the client two hours before the event to discuss and review schedules, contracted services and event run of show, as well as vendor set-up and monitoring. A primary event coordinator will be on ground to deliver flawless full day service.

    Assistant coordinator can be available at a discounted cost.

    STARTING AT $1,300

  • The Dusk planning package is our CUSTOM CONSULTING SERVICE.

    This option is principally for clients who want our help with only specific aspects of their event or desire to plan the event themselves. This can range from venue or vendor selection and screening, decor and stationery design, menu selection or booking of tastings, or giving our expert tips on various aspects of the event. Costs are typically less than the Dawn or Day Packages and you are armed with access to our tried and tested planning resources.
